What is your payment terms?

1. The standard payment terms is T/T 30% down payment in advance as order confirmation and 70% balance payment before goods ex-factory. 2. The payment terms is 100% T/T in advance for order amount less than 3,000USD

What is your production time?

1. For order that we have stock, we are ready to deliver the goods upon receiving the payment, please check with us before ordering. 2. For order that contain models we don’t have stock, 30-60 days will be needed which depending on the quantity and how complicated the order is.

What is your deliver time?

1. Our main shipping method are air express and sea transportation. 2. It usually takes 7-10 days for air shipping for our customers around the globe. 3. When it comes to sea shipment, the delivery time may vary depends on your physical locations. It usually takes about 20-30 days by sea to arrive customer’s address in West part of USA and 25-35 days to arrive in Middle part of USA and 35-45 days to arrive eastern part of the USA. If you are located in Europe, it will take around 50 days to arrive. It generally take our goods 10-20 days to arrive for location in south east Asia areas.

How to do a custom made knife?

1.Send us your design, materials information and finishing requirement, we’ll make the quotation within 1-2 days, sample will be finished and ready to be shipped in about 20 days. Mass production order could be finished in about 50 days against the order confirmation. 2.Send us your concept or idea, we can help you to make up the design, and the other procedures are just like above.

Can you provide complete sales packaging for the products I order?

1.Yes, we can provide sales packaging as per your need, there could be color box, hanging pouch, single/double clam cells with backing card, card insert clam cells, sandwich card clam pack, etc. 2.If display box needed, we can also design and produce. 3.If wooden display box needed, we can also provide.
